The Wellington offers a seamless approach, delivering a finished, turn-key residence. Rare in residential development, The Wellington's collection of architects has fully designed a portfolio of estate homes and private residences — exterior architecture and interior layouts alike — with each plan tailored to specific homesites.

The first release of estate homes within the community's north parcel includes distinctive designs, elevations and floor plans, spanning transitional, traditional and modern styles, to meet a range of lifestyles and life stages.
All finished homes will be delivered by Wellington Lifestyle Partners through our approved builders, complete with pools and landscaped gardens.

There are 49 estate homes available in the first phase, situated on homesites ranging from 0.50 to 0.80 acres.
First-phase pricing for the initial collection of estate homes within the North Parcel starts at $10 million and includes the completed residence with landscaped grounds and pool.
Each homesite has been paired with three or more residence designs that suit its orientation and surroundings. The largest residence design was created for a selection of our most expansive homesites.
We envision construction of the residence will take approximately 18–24 months.
Each estate home is sold as a turn-key package, with the completed residence including finished interior architecture for the kitchen, bathrooms and primary millwork designed by the architects, a pool and landscaped grounds. While the footprint and interior walls are fixed, there's meaningful room to personalize each residence through selections, optional upgrades and enhancements, and buyer-selected, incremental additions including outdoor casitas, to reflect your design aesthetic.
Any upgrades, enhancements or additions, and all furnishings, will be at the Purchaser's expense.
