A defining element of The Wellington is the collection of sports and wellness amenities, designed to provide something for all pursuits and enhance the quality of everyday life. At its center is a championship golf course designed by David McLay Kidd, and across the property, amenities for all ages and family members from racquet courts, resort-style pools, a wellness and fitness center, a children’s club and programs by the award-winning Purple Dragon®, an equestrian facility, and dedicated concierge services.

Racquet

The Racquet Center is designed for year-round play, instruction, and competition, offering ten tennis courts, four pickleball courts, and six padel courts, along with a multi-sport court to support a range of recreational activities. A dedicated pro shop and welcoming gathering areas complete the experience, creating a lively yet refined environment for both players and spectators alike.

Wellness and fitness at The Wellington are centered around a state-of-the-art facility designed to support performance, recovery, and long-term well-being. The fitness and wellness center features state-of-the-art TechnoGym equipment for cardio and strength training, yoga and Pilates studios, and specialized spaces for performance training and recovery. A full-service spa and curated wellness programming further enhance the experience, while a dedicated lap pool and outdoor fitness lawn provide focused settings for endurance training and open-air movement.

Kids & Families

Amenities at The Wellington are designed to support children, families, and multigenerational living, with offerings for every stage of life. A dedicated sports pavilion features indoor and outdoor games and gathering spaces for younger residents and families, along with a resort-style family pool. Children’s programming is anchored by the award-winning Purple Dragon Super Club, offering a Motion Lab, hands-on Cooking Lab, and Imaginarium with daily activities for a range of ages. Older children and teens enjoy a dedicated social zone with interactive games including Dartsee, pool, table tennis, and Augmented Air Hockey, fostering connection and friendly competition.

Equestrian

In keeping with Wellington’s legacy as the world’s premier horse sport destination, The Wellington includes a dedicated equestrian amenity designed to support both new and experienced riders. The community features riding rings and barns, with convenient access to nearby bridle trails and hacking distance to the renowned Wellington International showgrounds, allowing residents to remain closely connected to the community’s equestrian hub.

At the heart of the community, The Wellington’s main clubhouse serves as a central gathering place for dining, socializing, and events. Pools

Amenities include a resort-style adult pool with cabanas, a family-friendly pool with lounge seating and cabanas, and a dedicated lap pool located at the fitness and wellness center.
